Biography

Warren W. Dowdle graduated from Utah State University in June, 1995 where he received a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Pre Law. Mr. Dowdle graduated with Honors from Washburn University School of Law in May, 1999. While in Law School, Mr. Dowdle clerked from the Kansas Attorney General’s Office, Civil Litigation Division.

In May, 1999, Mr. Dowdle began his legal career with the Law Firm of Racine, Olson, Nye, Budge & Bailey where his emphasis focused on Insurance Defense Litigation. In October, 2000, Mr. Dowdle joined the Firm of Sasser and Inglis, PLLC, and continued in the Insurance Defense Litigation field, taking many cases through jury trial.

In October, 2003, Mr. Dowdle opened Dowdle Law Office, P.C. and continued with a heavy load of Insurance Defense Litigation, and other general civil litigation cases. Warren has been lead Defense counsel in over 40 Jury Trials throughout the state of Idaho.

In October, 2011, Mr. Dowdle joined Litster Frost Injury Lawyers to pursue a change in his career and seek justice on behalf of injured persons. Mr. Dowdle is currently involved in helping victims recover from the difficulties and challenges caused by the negligent acts of individuals and companies in Idaho and Utah. His role as a trial attorney with Litster Frost injury Lawyers is to assure that the injured clients get the fair treatment and settlements that they deserve from the insurance companies and their representatives. Mr. Dowdle has recovered several Millions Dollars on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Dowdle is a member of the Idaho and Utah State Bar Associations. In addition, Mr. Dowdle is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
