Seth received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho in December 2011 while supporting his family and working full-time. He was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in May 2012 and is admitted to practice in all courts, State and Federal, in the State of Idaho. He began in private practice, focusing his efforts on immigration and criminal defense. In 2015, he returned to Litster Frost Injury Lawyers and has successfully concluded hundreds of cases. He continues to advocate for the Latino community.
Seth is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association, the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, and a former member of American Immigration Lawyers Association. He focuses his practice on personal injury law. He speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently.
Having grown up in coastal Florida and while serving on a mission in Uruguay, Seth developed empathy, compassion, and a greater understanding of the Latino community. His goal was to become a social worker.
Seth received his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences with Minors in Spanish, Business, and Philosophy from Southern Virginia University in 2002. He was a scholar athlete who played midfielder all four years on the university’s soccer team.
Seth’s life changed when he met the love of his life in his third year of undergraduate school. They married, started a family, and moved to Idaho upon his graduation. To support his family, Seth had to put his master’s degree in Social Work on hold. He began working in sales and marketing for a home improvement company, a mortgage investment firm, and eventually worked for the Latin conglomerate, Telemundo. He was also hired by Litster Frost Injury Lawyers for two years as a non-attorney negotiator where he learned how to help his Latino community through the legal process. It was then at the age of 31 that he decided to go to law school.
Seth is a married father of three children and continues to play competitive soccer today. He loves backpacking with his sons and is an avid reader of the classics.
