Nathan received his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law with Honors. He received his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University. Following graduation from law school, Nathan worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Darla Williamson of the Fourth Judicial District in Ada County, Idaho.
Nathan is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of Idaho, including the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit of Appeals. Nathan is also
admitted to practice law in the State of Utah.
Nathan is a member of the Idaho State Bar, the Utah State Bar, and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
Nathan has extensive experience in a wide range of complex litigation matters. Nathan has worked for well-respected law firms in Idaho, practicing in general litigation, employment, medical and professional malpractice. He has represented clients in State and Federal Court in both Idaho and Utah and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Nathan has represented clients across the state of Idaho and Utah in personal injury, employment, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice. He has assisted clients in employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, §1983 constitutional claims, age discrimination claims under the (ADEA), disability discrimination claims under the (ADA), and related matters. He has achieved tremendous success in these areas and has brought his talents to Litster Frost Injury Lawyers and leads the Employment Law and Complex Litigation Departments.
Nathan is a devoted husband and proud father of five. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys coaching youth basketball and football, boating, golf, and cycling. He also reads, speak and writes Spanish fluently.
